Todd Holbrook
Owner of Ghost River Furniture, and one of the earliest tenants at The Fort. When not hand crafting beautiful furniture, Todd delivers mail and candy cigarettes to his Fort neighbors.

Allegra Angelini
Born and raised in Columbus, Allegra has been a proud South Side resident since 2014 and loves all things local. A ceramicist by trade, and with The Fort team since 2019, she looks forward to a flourishing creative community in Steelton.

The Yusufs
World travelers, fashion icons, and entrepreneurs, sisters Nasteha & Nuni opened their fabulous photography studio, Millennial Suite, in the top floor of The Fort in 2018.

Jehan Daugherty
Jehan owns Jehan LLC, a photography studio at The Fort. She also provides additional services like graphic design and creative consulting to help clients achieve their vision. Jehan joined our community in 2018.

Justin McAllister
Owner of Fortner and founder of The Fort (say that five times fast). Justin has been driving Steelton Village development since 2016 (see our About section). One part fiercely determined, and two parts great guy who walks his talk.

Meghan Hopkins Sokorai
And Here We Are is a letterpress stationery and gift brand founded in 2012 by Meghan Hopkins Sokorai. Known for their irreverent illustrations, offbeat jokes and eclectic use of color—and proudly woman owned and operated.

Kyle Katz
Whether creating neighborhood associations, residential lofts, restaurants, space for artists or projects like The Fort, Kyle has always tried to push boundaries in Columbus. He’s dedicated to making the city a place that attracts and embraces creatives.

Jenn Stevens
Jenn Stevens is the owner and lead creative of Mynte Design Co. Thoughtfully building brands and brand experiences for passionate people, she’s left her mark on businesses all over central Ohio. She’s currently growing her dream mini-farm alongside her patient husband, opinionated terrier, and 2 grumpy alpaca.

Erik Rausch
Eric Rausch is a ceramic artist whose work ranges from functional pottery to decorative tile and sculpture to large public art installations. He practices and teaches custom ceramic production at his spacious studio, Kiln Room Columbus.

Mandi Caskey
Mandi Caskey, aka Miss Birdy, is a muralist, gallery artist, and community activist, bringing exceptional depth and energy to every project. In addition to creating work for clients across the globe, Mandi currently serves as art consultant for The Fort, coordinating and creating walls, gallery shows and events.

Bob Leighty
As a 30-year community activist, Bob has done more for the South Side than anyone we know. Currently the Executive Director of Steelton Rising, he is truly devoted to making our world a better place.

John Mally
Fact: John is why many of us call Steelton Village home. He’s a force in bringing businesses to the South Side, dreaming of the area’s potential since 2014. And John saw the potential in The Fort, and has driven growth there through acquisitions, assembly and leasing.

Owner of Menges Design, and creative director for The Fort since 2018. Hand lettering is Dylan’s super power. Pumpkin pie is his kryptonite. South Side resident for 15 years with his wife, Janet and Cowboy the Cat.

Since 2016, the mission of Urbn Timber has been to sustainably salvage and up-cycle urban trees from the Greater Columbus area into fine furniture and live edge slabs. Passionately crafting the highest quality hardwood furniture from Columbus' growing history, Urbn Timber operates from the community, for the community.
