Meet the owners of Honest Friend Brewery: Chris, Kayla, and Will

If you’ve passed Tire City, on South High near Route 104, you’ve seen the future home of Honest Friend. It’s a new brewery that doesn’t look like anyone else. Says co-owner Chris Carter, “Honest Friend is going to be a different kind of brewery experience for Columbus. Good beer for good people isn't a model for success anymore—it’s a non-negotiable, and only one aspect of what it means to be an accomplished craft brewery. Yes, I’ll be bringing you incredible beer, but I won’t be doing it alone. I have some unusual friends I want you to meet, and we‘ll watch their stories unfold along with our beer.”

Unusual is accurate, and another reason why we’re stoked to have Honest Friend launch in Steelton Village. Their independent spirit and entrepreneurial drive aligns with what’s happening here.
